Service description

CityDesk organizes live street cameras by city desk, shift, and corridor. Live video and stills are provided by Windy Webcams. We do not operate the cameras or guarantee availability, quality, or accuracy of any stream.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the app.

Acceptable use

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial exploration only.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse third-party APIs accessed through the app.
• Do not violate applicable law or third-party terms (including Windy Webcams).

Third-party content

Streams, maps, and metadata are owned by their respective providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, outages, or policy changes.

Disclaimer

The app and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or third-party streams.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
