CityDesk: Live Cam Routes ("we", "us") provides an iOS app for watching live city cameras organized by city desks, time-of-day shifts, and camera corridors. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Overview

CityDesk is a per-city live camera desk. We collect minimal data and do not require an account.

Information we process

• Location (optional) — If granted, location may be used on-device to sort cameras in the active city desk. Approximate coordinates may be sent to the Windy Webcams API when requesting nearby feeds. We do not store your location on our servers.
• App settings & notes — Favorites, desk notes, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
• Cache — The app may cache images and catalog data locally. You can clear cache when that control is available in Settings.

What we do not collect

• No account registration or password
• No sale of personal data

Third-party services

• Windy Webcams — Live camera metadata, still previews, and streams (Windy Terms).
• Apple MapKit — City map views are provided by Apple.
• Google AdMob / Analytics (if enabled in a release) — May collect advertising identifiers and usage data for ads and measurement. Manage tracking via iOS App Tracking Transparency and in-app Ad Privacy Options where required. See Google Privacy Policy.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
